Privacy, in plain English

What we keep: the contact details you type in (name, email, phone, address, ZIP, roof type, insurance company, and notes). We use them to send storm and claim updates and, if you ask, to have a roofer or a neighbor contact you.

What we don't keep: your photos and policy files. They're sent securely to Anthropic's Claude AI to write your feedback, and this site doesn't save them. Your checklist and claim notes stay on your own phone.

We never sell your info. Want to be removed? Just reply to any email from Moon Valley Hail Help and ask.
